On the ground floor the new house has a fabulous open plan large living, dining and kitchen space, a double height family room, guest suite, master suite. Upstairs there is a gallery around the void and a Juliet balcony onto the double height living room, two-bedroom suites and a dance studio/media room. Working closely with our client we planned the interiors and either designed or specified everything in this house: kitchen, bathrooms, the built-in furniture, and the bespoke furniture pieces. We sourced and commissioned the art and photography.

We designed the pool, decks, balustrades and fencing the outside BBQ and outdoor furniture. The planting was new with mature palms and bougainvillea hedges.

The home follows a clean contemporary design style; colours are white and grey. The furniture, art and fabric pieces add splashes of intense colour and pattern.
